Features CLOCK TIME SETTING : Select CLK mode . Select 12 H or 24 H time mode. Select 4 digit or 6 digit display)Press TIME button along with H+ or M+ button to set clock time . TIMER GROUP SETTING : Select CLOCK mode . Select WORK mode or REST mode. Keep pressed button G1 with M+ & S+ to set workout & rest times for 1st group of settings. To set number of rounds keep pressed G1 with ROUND button . Similarly set settings for other five groups . To reset all settings of a group press G# with CLEAR. To start timer for any group select SW mode then just press the required group key G1 to G6 . It will start with countdown for rest time followed by work time in count up mode. It will also show running round number in green digits at left . Flashing round number indicate work time is running. Still round number indicate rest time. STOPWATCH FUNCTION : Select SW mode . Use only START , STOP & RESET buttons to use itas a stopwatch to count up from 00:00 to 99:59 MM:SS or MM:SS:100ths sec in 6 digit mode.) It is also possible to call a beep during stopwatch counting at a preset time. To set beep time select SW mode . Keep pressed TIME button along with M+ or S+ buttons to set the required beep time .
